- We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in size, colour, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery and screen display differences.
- Product availability may change. If an item is unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include Irish VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
- Payment must be made in full at checkout through accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards).
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
- Delivery times vary depending on location and courier services. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Garnets is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs checks, or factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
- You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- In line with EU consumer law, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
7. Warranty & Legal Guarantee
- Garnets provides a 30-day store warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
- Under EU law, all consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods. This guarantee applies in addition to, and not instead of, our 30-day store warranty.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and handle personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Your personal details will only be used to process orders and provide customer service.
