Refund policy
At Garnets, we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process in line with both our store policy and your rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
1. Our Store Return Policy
- You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- We don't charge restocking fee.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
- Under EU law, you also have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
- If you exercise this right, you must inform us within the 14-day period and return the item(s) within a further 14 days.
- Refunds will include the cost of the item and the standard delivery fee you originally paid (if any).
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@garnets.ie with your order details and photos if possible.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at contact@garnets.ie with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- We will confirm the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send it back to the address provided.
